As the number of consumers embracing social media and online shopping continues to grow, industries are finding it necessary to adapt the way they do business in order to remain relevant in a continually evolving marketplace. This is particularly true in areas such as insurance, which has historically been very hands-on in terms of the relationship between agents and their customers.
