TNS ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF KIMBERLY BASTONI AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, US CUSTOM MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT

Bastoni’s Depth of Experience in the Market Research Industry to Further Enhance Marketing and Business Initiatives

New York, February 5, 2008 – TNS, a world leader in market information, has announced the appointment of Kimberly Bastoni as Senior Vice President, U.S. Custom Marketing and Development, effective immediately. With more than 20 years in research, Ms. Bastoni is highly regarded in the industry for her leadership, strong business acumen and market development skills. Throughout her career, she has led the development and launch of significant client-driven innovations and solutions.

Ms. Bastoni joined TNS in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Planning and Development in the Brand and Communications Group, a position in which she was responsible for leading a number of key initiatives around building brand awareness for the division. In her new role at TNS, Ms. Bastoni will be responsible for all U.S. marketing initiatives and coordinating new business development across sectors reporting to Robert Tomei, recently appointed President, Areas of Expertise and Marketing for TNS-U.S. Custom Research.

Prior to TNS, Ms. Bastoni spent four years at Millward Brown, as Senior Vice President, Client and Market Development. While at Millward Brown, Ms. Bastoni served as an executive team member of the Millward Brown Business Leaders Council. She has also held senior positions at other well-known companies including ACNielsen, Affinnova and Snowball.com (now IGN.com). While at Snowball.com Ms. Bastoni was credited with building a research division, an R&D team and providing marketing leadership that helped propel the company to an online advertising leadership position. Ms. Bastoni also spent time at NFO, a market research company acquired by TNS in 2003, where she launched what is now the multi-million dollar TNS eSip beverage research program.
